In principle, the swimming pool and sauna are not available for use during the last week of January each year.
>>> From 1.11.2023 - 31.3.2024, building and balcony renovation work ( wellness area is open.! ) will take place in front of our flat / side wing in the entire Haus Nordland. The scaffolding will be put up from approx. 15.10.23 and also thermally insulated with tarpaulins, during this time it is not possible to look out of the window and the balcony cannot be used.!!! A corresponding price adjustment has already been entered. This is tolerated by the guest.

The house - Nordland - is centrally located in Westerland. The train station as well as the centre and the beach promenade can be reached in a few minutes. A bakery and an EDEKA market are practically around the corner. A DIALYSIS FACILITY IS LOCATED IN THE NEIGHBOURING HOUSE.
