Both apartments feature a living area with a sofa bed, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchenette, of course with a dishwasher, microwave, and ironing board with steam iron. The two ground floor apartments include a terrace, beach chair, garden furniture, and a parking space. The ground floor apartments cost between 590 - 1045 € for 2 guests for 7 nights incl. final cleaning. Each additional guest pays an additional 30 € per night. Two apartments in the have an additional separate bedroom in the converted attic with 2 single beds. The 2 apartments on the 1st floor come with a portion of the garden with a lawn and, of course, also a SYLTER house is detached and quietly located in the second row as a back house. The city center of the cultural metropolis of the island (Westerland) is just a few minutes away. The prices listed below apply to each of the ground floor apartments with 1 separate bedroom. Sleeping space for 2 people. Each additional person costs 30.00 For pets, we charge a one-time fee of 40.00 € per animal for your stay. A high chair and crib cost a one-time fee of 30.00 € for the stay. Table + bed linens cost 30.00 € per person per stay. Internet flat rate is available to you free of charge for the duration of your booking. Internet flat rate unlimited in time.

The apartments on the 1st upper floor have three rooms and accommodate 5-6 people (four single beds in the converted attic with a separate TV), as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
The cozy kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, egg + water boiler, and everything else you have in your kitchen at home, and of course, there is also a shower in this apartment.
A DVD player and cable connection ensure your enjoyment; after all, what kind of vacation is it if your four-legged friend must stay at home? So just bring him along!
A parking space is available for your car. From here, you can reach everything on foot; nearby there is a shopping center with all necessary shops. It's only a few minutes to the train station. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats, all with separate entrances. The flats on the ground floor have a separate bedroom, the flats on the first floor have a converted attic and a separate second bedroom
All flats have a beach chair and lawn or the ground floor flats have a small terrace with garden furniture, etc.
For the flats on the 1st floor there is a garden/lawn behind and in front of the house with a beach chair and garden furniture.
The house is very quiet. There is a separate parking space for each flat.

I have been a landlord for our holiday guests for 30 years. Immediately after departure, the flat is taken over and checked whether everything is still ok. If there is any minor damage, it is of course repaired immediately. For me, the guest's satisfaction is the most important thing, because most of our guests come back every year.
