Only 300m away, a stone's throw, stretches a natural sandy beach and the extensive salt fields.
The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen and Wismar are also worth a visit.
Speaking of the holiday home, we built it with great attention to detail between 2009 and 2011 according to ecological guidelines. The house has a garden at the back. Undisturbed, you can get your summer tan here while the big and small children swing, bake sand cakes......
Even on rainy days, entertainment is provided, the large fitted kitchen invites you to feast together, the dishwasher does the rest, while you snuggle up in front of the crackling fireplace.

Our cottage stands in a small roundel of holiday homes nestling well protected on a slope facing the Baltic Sea
A few minutes' walk to the centre of Wohlenberg, you will find peace and cosiness above all in our house. In Wohlenberg there are a few inns and above all one of the best ice cream shops. Fresh softice is conjured up here every day
The Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the Hanseatic city of Wismar are within easy reach by bike or car.

All is well.
From the initial communication, briefing to departure, everything was super friendly and straightforward. The holiday home (specifically the ground floor of the house) is in good condition and all the necessary items are available. The apartment is designed for 4 people. The Wi-Fi works well, but Vodafone reception is only moderate. The accommodation is pet-friendly - we were allowed to bring our guinea pigs. The garden and the terrace - which we did not use in winter, however - are also beautifully designed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes' walk from the beach. However, for daily necessities, you need a car, or at least a bike for the supermarkets in Boltenhagen. We really liked our accommodation and would gladly recommend it!

Vacation with dog and children
The house is well equipped and offers everything you need for a beach vacation. For dog owners, the stone floor is a real blessing. The way to the beach (dog beach) is not far and the water depth is great for dogs and small children. The house was clean and well equipped. Although the weather wasn't quite ideal for us, we still really enjoyed our week in the house.
