The Premium holiday flat is approx. 54m² in size and is divided into a large cosy living room with dining area and access to the large sun loggia, a comfortable bedroom with comfort double bed, a shower room with WC and a separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine.
In the living room there is a cosy couch set with a TV recliner, Dolby surround system, flat-screen TV, PlayStation 3 and a bioethanol fireplace. High-speed DSL internet access via WLAN is available free of charge in the entire holiday flat!
The holiday flat has light & high-quality vinyl flooring in a wood look. Excellent for our guests with four-legged family members!

It is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Hahnenklee and in the immediate vicinity are various restaurants and cafés, the spa ponds, the Erlebnisbocksberg with Bocksbergbob and the very popular Liebesbankweg. A bakery can be reached on foot in max. ten minutes.

Simply indescribably good
We liked the vacation rental very much. The landlord's reception was very, very nice and informative. The location can be described as more than good. Despite the high temperatures, the accommodation was always cool and well ventilated. Bakery, restaurants, and the lift are within walking distance and quickly accessible. We would always be happy to book this accommodation again for our Harz vacation.
