Description
In the garden and house you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We as house owners have made the greatest effort to make our holiday home very comfortable and familiar.
We ourselves live very close by and are of course at our guests' side with advice, action and tips. And, of course, you can also receive them personally on arrival
The two double bedrooms have air conditioning, which you can book in addition. We charge a flat rate of 25,- per week for electricity. All SZ windows are equipped with mosquito blinds
In order to keep the house comfortably warm even in the cooler months, you can switch on the fireplace in the living area. Electric ovens are available in the bedrooms. In addition, each bed is equipped with an electric blanket, so that additional heating is no longer necessary and the beds are nice and dry and warm.
In addition to the bathroom in the house we have a guest toilet and an outside shower with hot water behind the house

Location and surroundings of object
Our house owes its name by the way to the beautiful palms on the property and in the environment at the edge of Cala Llombards in the southeast of the island. The Casa Palmeras is located at the end of a very quiet street. Only our house is rented in this street. The rest of the houses are either permanently inhabited, or are used as weekend houses. here comes very rarely a car by. Behind our house the almost undeveloped plain begins up to Santanyi.
From our roof terrace you have a sensational view of the church of Santanyi and on the other side you can see the sea.
The small holiday resort Cala Llombards is not a place of passage and therefore largely spared from the hustle and bustle. In the village itself you will find a typical span. Bar, a restaurant with an attached hostal and two small supermarkets during the season. There are no large hotels in this village. The next bigger city Santanyi, as well as further beautiful bath bays you reach in few driving minutes. A rental car is therefore almost a must!

Important: In our garden lives a very nice cat named Käthe, who is especially happy about every stroke. Therefore we would like to ask our guests to feed them every day. Of course we provide the cat food.

Farm in Cala Llombards
The house is very cozy and furnished with full love. Petra and Marcus warmly welcomed us and showed us everything. A cat named Tony is on site; our children were very happy about the cat. The beach Cala Llombards is not far away; we found that the beach or the water was dirty. We were at the beach in Cala Santanyi or very recommendable is the beach Cala Mondrago. All in all, it was a wonderful family vacation.

A small oasis!
We are very grateful to have spent almost 2 weeks in this holiday accommodation. There was enough space for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Nothing was missing in the amenities; everything was simply thought of. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, and several beaches are easily accessible by car. We can only recommend Casa Palmeras for a relaxing vacation!

We, my husband Marcus and I, bought our cottage in 2006 and originally only wanted to use it as a holiday home for us. That didn't work so well, because we felt more and more that we didn't want to leave every time we visited the island. Therefore we decided at the end of 2007 to break off our tents in Germany and to live completely on Mallorca. We haven't regretted this decision for a second.
