The holiday home is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: terrace and garden furniture. An electric grill is available for the terrace. It can be made available after consultation with the landlord (please ask on arrival). There is a children's playground right in front of the property.

Zinnowitz (Seebad). The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On the property there is another small house that is a hedge Duch optically isolated. 400 square meters are for the sole use. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

The holiday home is located in the middle of the village and is nevertheless self-contained due to the partitioning off of the terrace with natural vegetation. The wooden house invites you to feel good.
