The holiday flats in Quartier 4 were completed in spring 2016.
A special amenity of the flat for the colder season is a fireplace.
The holiday flat "LIEBLINGSPLATZ" is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people, an extra bed for 1 person in the living area is possible and is therefore ideal for families. We offer you a high-quality, modernly furnished holiday flat.
The bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds, a children's travel bed can be provided. The bathroom has a ground-level shower.
The flat is located on the ground floor, with few barriers and direct exit to the beautiful terrace and is therefore also particularly suitable for families with small children as well as older people.
Pets are possible on request for an extra charge.

Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Wundervoll!
Wir haben ein Freundinnen-Wochenende mit Hund in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Sie ist wirklich liebevoll und sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber! Tolle Betten! Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort waren freundlich und unkompliziert.
Einziges mögliches Manko: Die Unterkunft liegt ebenerdig an einer recht befahrenen Straße; die Schlafzimmer befinden sich zur Straßenseite. Uns hat dies (außerhalb der Hauptsaison an einem Wochenende) nicht gestört, sehr Empfindliche sollten sich darauf einstellen.
