The holiday flats in Quartier 4 were completed in spring 2016.
A special amenity of the flat for the colder season is a fireplace.
The holiday flat "LIEBLINGSPLATZ" is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people, an extra bed for 1 person in the living area is possible and is therefore ideal for families. We offer you a high-quality, modernly furnished holiday flat.
The bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds, a children's travel bed can be provided. The bathroom has a ground-level shower.
The flat is located on the ground floor, with few barriers and direct exit to the beautiful terrace and is therefore also particularly suitable for families with small children as well as older people.
Pets are possible on request for an extra charge.
Free wifi access is also provided.
A free car parking space is located at the flat.

We were so satisfied that we will come again next year.
Ms. Brigit Brusch is very friendly, everything needed was available, accommodation very clean and very spacious, we were very satisfied and look forward to the next time. Definitely recommended. :-) :-) :-)

Wonderful!
We spent a girls' weekend with our dog in this very beautiful holiday apartment. It is truly lovingly decorated and very, very well equipped and was very clean! Great beds! The reception and support on-site were friendly and uncomplicated.
The only potential downside: The accommodation is located on the ground floor on a fairly busy street; the bedrooms are facing the street. This did not bother us (on a weekend outside the high season), very sensitive people should be prepared for it.
