Quartier 4 is a holiday home with 4 modern and individually furnished holiday flats with large terrace or balcony in a south-western location in the Alte Strandstraße. You can easily reach the centre of Zinnowitz and the Baltic Sea beach on foot.
The holiday flats in Quartier 4 were completed in spring 2016.

The holiday flat Fiete is located on the upper floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people and is therefore ideal for families. An extra bed in the living area for 1 person is possible on request. We offer you a high-quality and modern furnished holiday flat. The large south-west facing living and dining area has large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the balcony.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and each has a TV, the bathroom has a ground-level shower.
A parking space is available at the flat.

A large selection of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in the village centre and the surrounding area. Thanks to its mild, stimulating climate, Zinnowitz is popular with young and old. Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Holiday apartment Baltic Sea beach 2 persons
We found another gap and stayed in the vacation rental. Overall, very nicely furnished and well located. The cleanliness was not quite so accurate upon closer inspection. The rental process itself seemed annoyed in the contacts. Otherwise, we had a nice vacation.
