Quartier 4 is a holiday home with 4 modern and individually furnished holiday flats with large terrace or balcony in a south-western location in the Alte Strandstraße. You can easily reach the centre of Zinnowitz and the Baltic Sea beach on foot.
The holiday flats in Quartier 4 were completed in spring 2016.

The holiday flat Fiete is located on the upper floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people and is therefore ideal for families. An extra bed in the living area for 1 person is possible on request. We offer you a high-quality and modern furnished holiday flat. The large south-west facing living and dining area has large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the balcony.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and each has a TV, the bathroom has a ground-level shower.
A parking space is available at the flat.

Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Ferienwohnung Ostseestrand 2 Personen
Wir haben noch eine Lücke bekommen und sind in der Ferienwohnung untergekommen. Insgesamt sehr hübsch ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Sauberkeit war beim genauen hinsehen nicht ganz so akkurat. Die Vermietung selbst wirkte in den Kontakten genervt. Sonst haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
