The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1898, renovated in 2024, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Location
Ückeritz (seaside resort). The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sq m with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. On the same property there are Holiday House USE UEK 001 (4 persons) and Holiday Apartment USE UEK 004 (4 persons). Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. TV channels only in the local language.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 300 m. Indoor swimming pool in Ahlbeck and Zinnowitz 14 km. Pharmacy in Koserow 5 km. Ückeritz: Bank 100 m, train station 300 m and doctor 500 m. Zinnowitz: Nightclub 1400 m and cinema 14 km. Airport in Zirchow 25 km. Children's playground 200 m. In summer: Baltic Sea 1500 m in Ückeritz (beach 1500 m in Ückeritz with sand). Mini golf in Ückeritz 1500 m. Water sports opportunities, boat rental each 200 m in Ückeritz at the Achterwasser. Between 01.05.-30.09. 2016 a shuttle bus is available, which is already included in the tourist tax. You can use this free of charge, the stop is only 50 m from the property and the bus runs through the town to the beach. In winter: Ice skating in Heringsdorf 11 km.

Kitchen (15 sq m) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, fridge (150 l, ice compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Hallway (7 sq m). Bathroom (10 sq m) with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
