Ückeritz (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. On the same property are holiday house USE UEK 001 (4 people) and holiday apartment USE UEK 004 (4 people). Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Zinnowitz: Nightclub 1400 m and indoor pool, cinema each 14 km. Children's playground 200 m. In summer: Baltic Sea (beach 1500 m in Ückeritz with sand). Golf in Koserow 5 km. Ückeritz: Mini golf 1500 m and water sports facilities, boat rental each 200 m. Achterwasser (lagoon) with boat rental, sailing and surfing school, marina and playground 200 m. Between 01.05.-30.09. 2016, a shuttle bus is available, which is already included in the tourist tax. You can use it for free, the stop is only 50 m from the property and the bus runs through the town to the beach. In winter: Ice skating in Heringsdorf 1100 m.

Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.

Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
Please ensure the observance of quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

We enjoyed everything and would stay here again. We particularly liked the peace and quiet, the area with small restaurants, well-kept and clean.

I didn't like anything about the landlady. She is not a nice person, has to constantly check and always point out something to us. Then you couldn't do anything, the TV had no real reception, you couldn't sit outside, there was only a small Minni table with two chairs and we were 4 men. Big fat spiders have fallen into the bed in our bedrooms
