Our house is situated in a sunny and quiet location with a fantastic panoramic view over the Zillertal. The flat has 3 spacious double rooms (2 of them with satellite TV), a cosy eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate WC, a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. Bed linen, dish towels and towels are also available. Ski boot dryer available. Bread roll service possible. Internet access via W-Lan. The stop for the Regiotax is approx. 250 m from the house. The village centre can be reached by car in approx. 7 min. The Hochzillertal skiing area is 3.5 km away. Excellent hiking possibilities directly in front of the house. Large balcony facing south and west. An extensive mountain hiking area with many hiking possibilities extends from Stummerberg. From our house you can reach the romantic path along the Märzenbach to the alpine meadows and huts and the surrounding peaks in about 20 minutes on foot - a paradise for mountain hikers. Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet location at the foot of the Stummerberg with a fantastic view over the Zillertal. You can reach the village centre of Stumm by car in approx. 7 min. The Hochzillertal skiing area is approx. 3.5 km away and includes more than 170 km of slopes.
