Jerzens, 1104 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 700 sqm garden plot with a lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Large playground approximately 300 m away. Includes free ski depot directly at the lift. In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and shower in the room.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please ensure compliance with quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The flat is spacious and quiet. Good value for money. Easy link between Jerzens and the main Hochzeiger ski area (just a few minutes by bus or private car with ample parking). Free storage cupboard for ski equipment right at the foot of the slopes.
