The 2-room flat was completed in spring 2018.
It is located on the ground floor of a 5-party house that was newly built above the romantic harbour of the seaside resort Altefähr on the Strelasund.
You can reach the harbour via a small staircase after about 100 metres and have a wonderful panoramic view of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
Enjoy this view at any time of day - especially in the evening hours and at sunsets. An impression you will not forget.
The flat is exclusively and individually furnished. It has a living space of approx. 64m², which is divided into 2 rooms, an open kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
The living room is bright and friendly with light coming in (floor-to-ceiling windows) from two sides. You will find a cosy sofa and a comfortable wing chair for TV and reading evenings. For your entertainment, there is a wall-mounted 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite reception and incl. sound bar. You can eat your meals at the round designer glass dining table.
In the immediate vicinity and open to the living room is the fitted kitchen. It is equipped with everything that will make your stay a pleasure. Of course, brand-name electrical appliances (built-in cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) are available. You will also find a hoover, iron and ironing board in the flat.
Through two French doors you step from the living room onto the terrace and can make yourself comfortable there on the garden chairs. From here you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the garden, which will be completed in the course of summer 2018.
In the bedroom you will find a large double bed (2.00m x 1.80m) with comfortable spring mattresses. Bedding is included in the inventory of the flat - you only need to bring your own bed linen. This room has three windows, some of which are on the floor. There is an illuminated sliding-door wardrobe (2.60m x 2.20m) for your clothes. The dimmable LED ceiling lighting simulates a starry sky.
The bathroom has ceramic tiles and - like the whole flat, by the way - underfloor heating. The shower is designed as a walk-in shower and is barrier-free. With a floor space of 1.20m x 1.00m and equipped with a thermostat incl. Rainshower shower system, you can enjoy a wellness shower bath.
An underground parking space is provided for your car.

Location and surroundings of object
Altefähr is the gateway from the mainland to the island of Rügen. Before the Rügen Dam and Rügen Bridge were built, Altefähr was the most important ferry connection between Stralsund and the island. Today the place is quiet, dreamy and inspires with its panoramic view of the Strelasund and the city silhouette of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (Unesco World Heritage Site).
In Altefähr you can buy all the little things you need for your daily needs. The idyllic harbour with adjacent beach promenade is only 100 m away from the holiday home.
Small restaurants at the harbour invite you to feast and in good weather you can sunbathe on the wide sandy beach with shallow water. For active people, there is a beach volleyball court, a sailing and surfing school, a boat rental and, adjacent to the beach, a forest rope park with a high ropes course and climbing forest.
Altefähr is in an excellent location for an exciting and relaxing holiday. Stralsund can be reached in a very short time and distance (7 km) by car or bicycle.
There is also a regular bus service and - in the summer months - a passenger ferry to Stralsund.
In addition to the cultural highlights and the historic city centre, Stralsund also offers numerous shopping opportunities.
Furthermore, from Altefähr you can discover the whole island of Rügen with many well-known, attractive sights. The transport network - whether by car, bike, bus or train - has been excellently developed in recent years.
