The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. Putbus, district Alt Güstelitz. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The garden with its old trees is fitting. The house is suitable for families with children, Holidays with friends, rest and relaxation seekers. The large garden with plenty of space for sunbathing and games invites you to linger. With a wide view over the fields you can watch deer and cranes from the property. The quiet location between forest, meadows and fields, not far from the lake, makes the house an excellent starting point for holidays on foot, on 2 or 4 wheels. The small, quiet town is located near the residential town of Putbus in the biosphere reserve of Southeast Rügen. Hiking and cycling trails start right at the house. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property. The access goes on a country lane.

A beautiful house with lovely hosts, unfortunately, just a little off about a 1 km long very bad road achievable.
