Our 4-star holiday home is sheltered on a secluded plot of land. It offers plenty of space to relax on 140 m² spread over two floors. The cosy and practical furnishings make the house particularly suitable for families and groups.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and offer space for two people each. Both are equipped with a double bed (180×200 each), and there is an additional single bed (90×200) in one room. Two other bedrooms are on the ground floor and offer space for another three people with a double bed (180×200) and a single bed (90×200). In each room there is a large wardrobe with sufficient space.
There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC and washbasin on the ground floor.
A washing machine (top loader) up to 5 kg of laundry is available and detergent is provided.
There is a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a view of the Greifswalder Bodden and the island of Vilm with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. A large dining table with a cosy corner bench offers enough space for all guests
The large cosy living room with wood-burning stove offers the possibility to spend a relaxing holiday time even when the weather is not so nice. In addition, there is a TV with cable reception, DVD player and stereo with USB dock. If you prefer books or board games, you will also find plenty to browse through and entertain yourself. Wi-Fi is also available.
The large sun terrace with garden furniture invites you to sunbathe and relax with a view of the Greifswald Bodden and the island of Vilm. There is plenty of space for children or their four-legged friends to run around on the spacious and well-kept property.

The White Town of Putbus was founded in 1810 by Wilhelm Malte I, Prince of Putbus, who had his hometown built in the classicist style so that the town ensemble matched the castle and park.
At the southern end of the park, our spacious and comfortable 4-star holiday home is located on a secluded plot.
Look out over the island of Vilm and the sailing ships on the Greifswalder Bodden from the sun terrace. Or simply enjoy your relaxing time by the sea on a spacious, well-kept property with plenty of room for children or your four-legged darling to run around.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance
Many events and concerts take place in the nearby Marstall and Residenztheater.

Feel good with a sea view
Cosy house to feel at home in. Super equipment, everything you need is there. Everything was clean and the grounds very well kept. We will gladly come again!

Good day, my mother and I have been renting out our holiday home in Putbus since 2014. Our guests have always felt very comfortable with us. Everything is personally familiar with us and you are welcome to call us before planning your holiday if you have any questions. With 140 m² of living space and a sun terrace (30 m²) with a view of the Griffin Bodden, our holiday home invites you to relax and feel good. The large, well-maintained, enclosed property offers children and their four-legged friends plenty of space to play and romp around. For children, there is a small burrow box and a trampoline. A cot and high chair can also be provided if required. You can relax and enjoy your holiday by the wood-burning stove and in the cosy living room, even when the weather is not so nice. If you prefer reading or playing board games, you will also find plenty to browse through and entertain yourself There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cosy corner bench.
