Description
We renovated the house during the Corona break. Everything was painted and wallpapered. A new shower has been installed. New carpeting has been laid. The curtains have been renewed. And there is new furniture in the living area and on the terrace.
Our holiday home is small but nice. So that everything stays nice for a long time and non-smokers also feel comfortable with us, there is no smoking in the rooms. We have also thought of allergy sufferers. Pets are not welcome. The accommodation is suitable for the whole year. In the living area there is a large poster sofa with sleep function, a flat screen TV and a radio with CD drive. A small dining area with table and 4 chairs is also available. The kitchen has a cupboard unit with sink and ceramic hob. Furthermore, there is a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine as well as crockery, cutlery and many cooking utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and a small cupboard. In the bedroom there are 3 beds, 1 wardrobe, 2 valets and 2 bedside chests. All windows are equipped with insect screens. There is also a travel cot, a high chair, a toilet seat, a potty and a stool for small people who otherwise cannot reach the tap.
In the village there is a playground, football field, church, childminders, car repair shop.
Not far away is Putbus
Theatre, restaurants, photographer, optician, savings bank, Pommersche Volksbank, Sparkasse Rügen, Netto red and black, Edeka, pharmacy, doctors and dentists in private practice, Pirate Island for the children, Kopfüberhaus, the 'Rasende Roland' small railway, doll museum, clock museum.
There is a new water skiing facility in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our holiday home in Kasnevitz, a district of Putbus. Putbus is one of the 5 oldest towns on the island of Rügen.
Our small village is conveniently located on the German Alleenstrasse in the south-east of our beautiful island of Rügen and is only about 3.5 km from the Bodden coast - a great natural beach - also ideal for families with children, but also for water sports enthusiasts as well as kiters and surfers - also easy to reach by bike. Bicycle rental is available in Lauterbach. There is a playground and a football pitch in the village. We also have a very beautiful church in our village. Our holiday home is in the middle of our garden. Quiet location.
In Putbus itself there is the enchanting castle park with the game reserve. There is also a theatre from the prince's time and many nature monuments in the whole area of Putbus. The Roland train also has a station here.
Then in Putbus there is a pirate island for the little ones and an overhead house. In the orangery, next to the tourist information office, there is an art gallery for very special ceramics
The entire Bodden coast invites you to go fishing in many places. And a fishing permit is easy to acquire.
Restaurants and shopping facilities are also available in Putbus, the white princely town.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find the sports and leisure park 'Störtebeker' and an inline skating track in Samtens. A cinema can be visited in Bergen.

Furthermore, a spa tax is levied in our region. This costs 2,00€ per day and per adult person in the high season, if there is no exemption. Further details will be discussed upon request. |

Great holiday home!
We spent a great 8 days in the holiday home, from the friendly welcome to the very nice conversations with the landlords. The house is big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Everything you need is there and the Dolgner family is happy to answer any questions. Everything is very clean and well maintained...there is a beautifully landscaped garden with a playground for the children. Price/performance is really top for Rügen...and we will definitely come back! The location of the holiday home is a great starting point for excursions all over the island. We felt very comfortable...many thanks for that!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen. Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren stets bemüht.
