The holiday home, renovated in 2020, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its sunny hillside location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. In summer: guided fishing tour or boat trip with the landlord possible by arrangement on site, for a fee. Below, ancillary costs refer to consumption of gas and electricity.

Bergen auf Rügen. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 7 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

If you want to explore Rügen, this is the right place, as many things can be reached by bike. However, if you just want to lie on the beach, this is not the place for you, as the sea is some distance away.
