Welcome to the "Inselest am Rugard"!
Our holiday home is located in the island capital Bergen - directly on the Rugard, the third largest elevation on Rügen. The location is very central and nestled between the Jasmund and Greifswald Bodden and the Baltic Sea.
Here you will find plenty of greenery, tranquillity and variety at the same time. The holiday home is close to the beautiful large forest and invites you to take walks to the Jasmund Bodden. You will also find a world of adventure with many activities for young and old, e.g. Rugardtum, climbing forest, minigolf, slide, go-kart and quad, summer toboggan run, giant trampoline, slide tower, Indian playground, tennis courts, open-air theatre with concerts..
Our holiday flat offers plenty of space and retreat possibilities:
- 2+1 sleeping areas, living/dining room, large kitchen and bathroom
- Large garden with 2 terraces, barbecue and trampoline and sunbathing areas
- 2 large televisions (1 Smart TV) and WLAN
- A games table (pool table, table football, etc.), various games, travel guides and books
- High chair, travel cot, cot set
- approx. 90 square metres with covered terrace plus large garden
- Own parking space at the house
- Bed linen and towels available
- Storage space for bicycles and charging facilities for e-bikes on the property
- no pets allowed
Bergen is the capital of the island and is located in the centre of the island of Rügen. It is therefore a very favourable location for discovering the island. You will also find various restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, shops for strolling / discovering, hairdressers, beauty and fitness studios, a large cinema, tourist information, city museum, St. Marien Church and also banks, pharmacy, hospital (also dialysis)

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Mietbeginn von seiner Buchung zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der schriftliche Zugang einer entsprechenden Erklärung (per E-Mail/Post). Tritt der Mieter vom Vertrag zurück oder nimmt er die vertraglichen Leistungen für den gebuchten Zeitraum nicht in Anspruch, so hat er folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an den Vermieter zu leisten:
- bis 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 20% des Mietpreises
- bis 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 80% des Mietpreises
- weniger als 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 90% des Mietpreises Bei früherer Abreise hat der Mieter keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des anteiligen Mietpreises. Es wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung empfohlen.
