Our holiday home has 115m² of living space with a beautiful conservatory from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the small Jasmund Bodden. The holiday home has 3 separate bedrooms with 1 double bed each and in the living room there is the possibility of 2 separate extra beds on the sofa bed. The 18m² conservatory offers all our guests a nice bright space to eat and relax. For our little guests there is a nice play corner. In the cooler season or just to relax, we have a beautiful sauna house with relaxation room and everything that goes with it. Use on request.
Parking spaces for two cars and storage facilities for bicycles are available.

Location and surroundings of object
Due to the central location of our holiday home, the fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches are only a few minutes' drive away. Hiking, bathing, fishing, cycling or simply relaxing are possible at any time in Buschvitz and its surroundings. But sightseeing tours to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund or extended excursions on the island are also an easy destination from Buschvitz. Buschvitz is a quiet village centrally located in the middle of the island of Rügen on the Small Jasmund Bodden. All destinations on the island of Rügen and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund can be reached quickly from Buschvitz
city of Stralsund. The beaches of Prora and the Baltic resort of Binz are only about 10 km away.

All prices quoted refer to the rental of the complete holiday home with up to 6 people. Electricity, water and heating are included in the price. The final cleaning costs 120,-Euro and will be added to the price. If you arrive with 7 or 8 persons, an extra bed on the double sofa bed in the living room is possible. For this we charge 20,-Euro extra bed fee per person and night. Bed linen costs 15,-EURO and towels can be booked additionally for 10,-EURO / person.

Very nice holiday home with a guarantee of relaxation.
The holiday home offers everything your heart desires. Particularly noteworthy is the bright winter garden with a view of the Jasmund Bodden and the friendliness of the hosts.
We have been guests there many times and it is always wonderful, no matter the season. The holiday home is the ideal starting point for activities on the island of Rügen. It is not far from Prora and Binz. Absolutely recommendable!

We have been guests there many times and it is always beautiful, no matter what time of year. The holiday home is the ideal starting point for activities on the island of Rügen, not far from Prora, and most importantly, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.
