Central location in a residential area with single-family homes and their gardens. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Construction work in 2019 separated from the property by a fence. Storage facilities for a small boat and bicycles are available.

Baltic Sea with sandy beach in Prora 16 km, Störtebeker Festival from the end of June to the beginning of September in Ralswiek 6 km.
