The studio was renovated in 2012 and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Library, ironing board, first aid kit.

Bergen on Rügen. The studio is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday apartments RUE BER 023 (5 people, rated 4* by the tourism association) and RUE BER 024 (2 people) are located in a holiday house on the property and can be booked together.+++If you are arriving with a dog, please indicate this when booking. The owner requires this information in advance – we ask you to respect this. Thank you for your understanding.+++. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
