Description
The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2022 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Bicycle storage. The washing machine is in a separate room in the house and can be used against fee by arrangement with the landlord.

Gross Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house consists of a large holiday apartment (5 people) and a studio (top floor, 4 people) with a separate entrance via an external staircase. It is therefore particularly suitable for 2 families. ATTENTION: When booking up to 5 people, the studio is not available. This can then be rented separately, without the right to use the barbecue terrace. In the off-season the apartments are rented out separately under codes MEK VOR 069 (studio, 4 people) and MEK VOR 070 (5 people). No rental to youth groups The house looks out into nature is in a rural area, dominated by forests, meadows and lagoon area. In spring and autumn the Kranichrast is a special natural spectacle. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 crib. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, radio, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and Microwave with integrated oven function. A very cultivated property with cozy and very clean apartments, for our grandchildren a small paradise with playing possibilities and pure nature. And landlords, the very child-friendly and nice for all wishes and problems were accessible.
