Description
The holiday home, built in 2016 and renovated in 2022 is a semi-detached house and modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Terrace is roofed and closed on two sides so that it can be used even in rainy weather.

Gross Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. No rental to youth groups Meadows and fields around The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Living/bedroom (28 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, tiled stove and dining area (10 seats). Kitchen (16 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (265 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Anteroom (30 sqm). Hallway (8 sqm). Hallway (12 sqm). Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and sitting area. Hallway (4 sqm). Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 sink and WC.

The house is very large with the carport together you can sit super with 10 people there in the evening u together.
The geese were disturbing and you had to take care that the children there not go there would have to be found another solution.
For this location it was a bit expensive you are there in nowhere and must drive many kilometers around to what company.

The vacation was great.
Anytime again but never again via Holiday Home. So much went wrong and the employees don't understand you and unfortunately you don't understand either. Then when you get an email there is gibberish in there, where you have to rhyme the sentences together yourself in order to understand it to some extent.
We were happy when we had the owner's phone number.

The landlords were very friendly. The accommodation was very quiet and the children had plenty of space to play. She (and we) thought geese and chickens were great and quiet (they are also a bit away from the bedrooms). There is also a lot to do relatively close (radius 20km) for children and great Baltic Sea beaches

Very friendly landlord, house is very modern and well furnished. The stairway to the second floor should be used carefully and is rather nothing for small children and tall people. The large garden was very nice, the geese mentioned in the other review are behind two gates and are really not loud. It should also be mentioned that the fourth room is really very small.
