The holiday home, built in 2016 and renovated in 2022, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and yard. The terrace is covered and enclosed on two sides, making it usable even in rainy weather.

Gross Kordshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. No rental to youth groups. Meadows and fields in the vicinity. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Ground floor: Living/bedroom (28 sqm, connecting room) with 2 extra beds on double pull-out couch, sitting area, TV, tiled stove and dining area (9 seats). Bedroom (6 sqm) with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, (only suitable for children under 2 years), 1 cot and tiled stove. Kitchen (16 sqm, connecting room) with dining area (2 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (265 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Anteroom (30 sqm). Corridor (8 sqm). Corridor (12 sqm). Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

The house is very large with the carport together you can sit super with 10 people there in the evening u together.
The geese were disturbing and you had to take care that the children there not go there would have to be found another solution.
For this location it was a bit expensive you are there in nowhere and must drive many kilometers around to what company.

The vacation was great.
Anytime again but never again via Holiday Home. So much went wrong and the employees don't understand you and unfortunately you don't understand either. Then when you get an email there is gibberish in there, where you have to rhyme the sentences together yourself in order to understand it to some extent.
We were happy when we had the owner's phone number.

The landlords were very friendly. The accommodation was very quiet and the children had plenty of space to play. She (and we) thought geese and chickens were great and quiet (they are also a bit away from the bedrooms). There is also a lot to do relatively close (radius 20km) for children and great Baltic Sea beaches

Jederzeit wieder aber nie wieder über Holiday Home. Da ist soviel schief gelaufen und die Mitarbeiter verstehen einen nicht und man versteht Sie auch leider nicht. Wenn mann dann eine Mail bekommt steht da so ein Kauderwelsch drinnen, wo man sich die Sätze selber zusammen reimen muss um es ansatzweise zu verstehen.
Wir waren froh als wir die Telefonnummer der besitzer hatten.
