With a living area of 105m², this accommodation offers enough space for four persons
The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa set, a coffee table, a satellite TV, a music system with CD player and radio as well as a dining table with seating.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen, cooker with ceramic hob, bachofer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave,
a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee machine and leaves nothing to be desired. Cutlery and
China is sufficiently available.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, a hairdryer is also available

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (180m wide) and a sitting area

Baltic Sea sandy beaches Zingst/Darß approx. 20 kilometres or Baltic Sea beach Stralsund approx. 19 kilometres to discover.
The beautiful holiday home was completed after complete modernisation in 2028 and furnished with love.

Great family holiday
We (a family from Berlin with two children) enjoyed our 14-day holiday in the spacious house very much. The beaches in Zingst and nearby Stralsund can be reached quickly by car. After our daily Baltic Sea explorations, we were happy to return to our holiday home. The children had plenty of room to run around in the garden - and even made very good friends with the small dogs of the friendly neighbours. We will gladly come again. There is still so much to discover.

We had a pleasant time.
The house is high quality equipped and has a large garden. We grilled in the evenings and had a fantastic view from the terrace into the countryside. We will definitely come back. The area is great for excursions, to explore cities or to spend a day at the beach.
