The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 2000 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Medulin, district Biškupije. The holiday apartment is located on a 550 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. English and German. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Prostorná zahrada, soukromí. Vybavení v apartmánu a obzvláště kuchyně, kde nám nechybělo vůbec nic.
