Welcome to the Villa "Monbijou"! This "jewel" of spa architecture is in a prime location in the heart of the Baltic resort of Binz, directly in the pedestrian zone, only 200m from the beach.
The beautiful bright living room with large loggia facing southwest has flat screen TV (cable), radio, MP3 player, WLAN, room safe and cupboard kitchen (with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc.; see photo). The high-quality box-spring couch in the loggia can be extended to a comfortable lying surface of 1.60 x 2m if required. The bedroom offers two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC.
The holiday flat is quietly situated towards the courtyard of the villa. However, the loggia of the living room allows you a small, interesting view of the promenade from the narrow side.
The flat is on the 2nd floor.
A parking space is reserved for you at the house.

Villa "Monbijou", built in 1891 and lovingly renovated in 1995, is a historic seaside villa on the fashionable promenade of Binz, which connects the Schmachter See lake with the pier and the Baltic Sea. Baker, restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. You can reach the promenade, beach and pier in just a few steps.

Urlaub in Binz
which we had longed for. We felt very well taken care of here. Just a few steps to the beach, to the bakery ... cozy apartment, nice reception and a parking space at the house!!!

Everything fit well!
Good apartment layout for a family with child(ren). Our little one slept in the bedroom, we slept in the living room on the really comfortable box spring couch. Thanks for the tip from the nice apartment agency :)... We had a relaxing vacation!

We were received very nicely by the owner, the apartment was very clean and above all centrally located - either left to the Baltic Sea or right to the Schmachter See ;-), parking at the house and the restaurant in the house also recommended
