Description
The holiday flat (flat) is accessible via a small external staircase and a small hallway on the ground floor. It is bookable for (2 pers. per room), max. 5 pers. are possible, children up to 3 years are free of charge. The living room is equipped with a large leather corner couch, a small table, armchairs, stools and a fireplace. There is a flat screen TV DVD Blu-ray Disc player and board games and books for the whole family. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and dishcloths and tea towels.
A large shower, washbasin and mirror are located in the large bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), another TV, 2 armchairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the second bedroom there is a single bed (1.0 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The WC with washbasin is separate
You can park your car on the property under a carport. When the weather is nice, you can use the garden with terrace and seating as well as a covered terrace with seating furniture and sun loungers. Here you can barbecue and enjoy the evening with the setting evening sun
For the separation of everyday waste such as packaging, glass and residual waste, we have provided bins with labelling.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat at the Meckl. Seenplatte in Dabel, is approx. 200 m from the Dabeler See lake, for swimming for children, the Holzendorfer See lake with a jetty and large sunbathing lawn is ideal, or the town swimming pool at the Sternberger See lake with gastronomy, holidaymakers are enthusiastic about this facility. Everything is located in the "Sternberger Seenland" nature park region.
The beautiful village of Dabel is ideally situated for all your activities. Holiday excursions on foot or by bike through our hilly forest and lake-rich nature will please you. The lakes are ideal for swimming, even for small children. Pure relaxation, simply enjoy the peace and quiet from everyday stress and let your soul dangle.
Tourist fishing permits are available in the village for anglers.
For smaller activities you can visit the Dabel mill (3 km), the Rothener Hof - the art barn (5 km), the carriage museum in Kobrow (8 km), the small town of Sternberg with its beautiful old town centre and church (10 km).
The monastery with its park in Dobbertin is also worth a visit, as is the Slavic castle in Groß Raden.
The capital of MV Schwerin can be reached by car in about 45 minutes, Wismar with its beautiful old town centre and old harbour and Warnemünde take about 1 hour.
Near Plau you can visit the bear forest and the summer toboggan run, reachable in approx. 45 min by car.

Our holiday flat is located in the village of Dabel, where you will find shopping facilities for your daily needs, a bakery with an iced coffee, a fruit shop with a snack bar, a hairdresser, a doctor, a dentist, a pharmacy, a flower shop and a riding school.
There is also a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity
We have our own boat on the Klein Pritzer See lake, which can be booked on request for rowing, swimming and fishing.

Satisfied all round
We spent a lovely summer holiday here. We especially liked the amount of space in the clean flat, the good kitchen equipment and the covered seating area with the possibility to barbecue. In addition to the car, we were also able to store the bikes we had brought with us, so that we were always dry when we started our bike tours to various destinations in the immediate vicinity. We would also like to praise the uncomplicated contact with the landlady. All in all, we can only recommend the flat.

Great vacation rental
The accommodation is as described on the internet and very clean. Everything you need for vacation is available. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thanks to the nice hostess.
