The spacious living/bedroom offers you a kitchenette with dining area, CD radio, flat screen TV as well as an optically separated sitting area in the "loggia". The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, kettle and toaster
Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge.
An extra bed for a small child in a cot is possible
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
The holiday flat is located on the high raised ground floor.
A beach chair on the beach in front of the villa is available free of charge from May - September.
In the basement you can use the in-house sauna (for a fee)
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house (for a fee).
A parking space at the house is included and reserved for you.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

The "Seestern" holiday flat is located in the Villa Glückspilz. This is the only brick villa on the beach of Binz and a popular motif on many holiday photos. It is in a prime location on the beach promenade - directly on the Binz bathing beach, only 3 minutes away from the pier and the town centre. Many good restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby

Everything's fine!
Clean and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. Guaranteed parking at the house. The sea at our doorstep. Just as we had wished!

Fireworks in Binz!
We enjoyed our New Year's holiday in Binz. The vacation rental was cozy and clean. We were able to park our car right in front of the house.
The house is located directly by the water and only 2 minutes away from the town center.
