The 110 m2 large apartment on two floors is ideal for families and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment located on the ground floor has a very sunny terrace seating and access to the garden and outdoor pool, which can be reached directly from the apartment over the meadow. At this level, the living-dining room with large sectional sofa and armchair, a dining area with dining table and a well equipped separate kitchen. Entrance hall with cloakroom and guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin. Another generous green space on the property lends itself to play and sunbathing and is equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Parking is available in the ounderground parking.
The apartment is located in the residence Navengana, a central and sunny location in Minusio, the adjacent neighbor place of Locarno. In a few minutes walk from the promenade Rivapiana which offer themselves for walks and bike rides along the lake to Locarno and Tenero. Regular bus service to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero. The bus stop is located nearby. In Minusio, Locarno or the nearby shopping center in Tenero offer lots of shopping. Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piayya Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year.

Minusio is a neighbor place of Locarno and is located between Lake Maggiore and the Monte Cardada. Interesting in Rivapiana, on the lakefront, is the in the year 1313 first mentioned Church of San Quirico, which has been rebuilt in the 18th century in baroque style. Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts and VIP on the Piazza Grande.
In 2009 has been opened the new Lido di Locarno. It is an oasis for all who want to do sport, want to have fun or for all who love wellness. It is open the whole year and with all weather. For those who love nature, there are lovely places you can go swimmin in the river Maggia and Verzasca.

Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser ruhigen Oase. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Gartensitzplatz. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Toller Pool... dürfte aber wärmer sein. Der Weg zum Lago Maggiore (15 min) ist richtig schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich alles. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Grill. Sie war sehr sauber und der Service von Fewotessin war super.

Appartement très joli. lieu calme et paisible. Il manquais 1-2 grosse casserole pour 6 personnes et le sauna nous a été refusé mais sinon c'était super.

The apartment was very clean and we were pleased to find the kitchen was well-equipped! The location was also perfect (very good public transport connections and Locarno was also easily reachable on foot) and the surrounding area was very quiet.

Highly recommended this apartment. Great facilities, nothing is missing. Good location, a few minutes to the lake. Nice seating area, great pool, many fans in the apartment that you need. Very good and beautiful location. 15 min below the roads along a stream to the lake. Swimming pool, clean with shallow and deep water. Line 1 bus stop just off the main road, direct connection to Locarno and Ascona. We were three couples of strangers, so the three bedrooms, large living room and kitchen gave us enough space. One bathroom requires a little patience, second toilet relaxes the whole. Kitchen fully equipped: 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine for tabs, dishwasher (tabs were there), kettle, various knives, cutlery, crockery, fridge, freezer and otherwise various appliances for preparing food. In front of the living room there is a terrace with table and chairs, right behind it a meadow and further down the water pool. Office for key delivery 1.3 km away, on the main road.
