Our house is at your disposal after a complete renovation in 2019, newly furnished, with a new large fitted kitchen with retro SMEG gas cooker/oven, new bathroom and new toilets.
Holiday home for up to 6 people.
Our completely renovated and newly furnished holiday home of the Strandperle type is located on an idyllic, secluded garden plot of over 360 square metres in an absolutely quiet location within the "Strandslag" holiday park in Julianadorp directly behind the dunes, approx. 250 m to the beach. The solidly built and clinkered house offers a living space of approx. 90 square metres. It is cosy and comfortably furnished and has a living-dining room with a spacious new kitchen, new tiled floor, leather seating, fireplace, satellite TV, hi-fi system. The kitchen has a dishwasher, retro SMEG gas hob/oven, microwave, food processor, Senseo and coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, towel radiator and Pelipal bathroom furniture and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. A high chair and a cot are also available.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an electric box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00) and TV with SAT connection, the other with 2 day beds, each 0.80 x 2.00 extendable as a double bed up to 1.60 x 2.00, a Playstation 4 and TV.
The house has a free internet connection (up to 60/Mbit/s) and free WIFI.
The wood-burning stove - in combination with the double-glazed windows - guarantees a cosy atmosphere even in autumn and winter.
At your disposal at the house: terrace furniture with parasol (approx. from April to October).
The garden house has a covered terrace and lounge furniture.
There is a car park directly at the house.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

The distances to the shopping centre and town centre are approx. 2 km, to Den Helder 5 km (from there a ferry goes to Texel), to Alkmaar 30 km and to Amsterdam 100 km. Bungalowpark Strandslag The bungalowpark is located directly at the dunes in approx. 300 meters distance to the beach. Belong to the plant: Playground, swimming and fishing lake, football field and playground, animal enclosure, 2 tennis courts, cafe/restaurant with terrace and mini golf and large trampoline. The park also has a telephone booth, launderette, bicycle cart, handcart and go-kart rental. In front of the park there is a WOK-restaurant with lake terrace and a bowling alley with internet cafe. Small watercourses loosen up the park image. The play and bathing lake with the adjacent playground is the attraction for children.

The situation
In the north of North Holland, embedded in tulip fields, lies the old Dutch Julianadorp aan Zee, which lies in North Holland directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. The village is characterised by dreamlike sandy beaches with a wide chain of dunes, colourful flower fields and romantic villages. In Julianadorp you will find a good infrastructure: covered shopping centre (also Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train connections (every half hour to Amsterdam), fitness centre, riding stable, subtropical swimming paradise, swimming pools, mini golf, golf and many more. The village belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and benefits from a developed infrastructure due to the development of tourism. The hinterland with the colourful flower fields, the old windmills and the dreamy little harbours holds many surprises.

Relaxing vacation in a perfect holiday home
The vacation home is beautiful. The house is furnished with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable in it from the beginning. Even our children were thrilled and loved the Playstation. The bathroom and toilets are of high quality. The large tiles are modern and very beautiful. A high chair and a travel cot are available in the storage room for small children. The kitchen (especially the large stove) is a dream. Nothing was missing. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and responds to questions immediately.

The house has a very beautiful and tasteful decor, super chic kitchen, large garden. Very good location, the beach is reachable in a few minutes. Julianadorp is a great place to spend your vacation. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely vacation!!!
