This cosy and lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in an idyllic location at the gates of Garz, the oldest and smallest town on Rügen. Your holiday home offers you everything on 117 m² to make your well-deserved holiday pleasant and comfortable. It offers space for at least 6 people and a baby. Should you be 8 people, the pull-out couch in the living room can still be used.
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with all utensils. The spacious living room with flat screen TV and comfortable couch invites you to spend family evenings together and to relax. Also on the ground floor is a WC and a utility room with washing machine. One floor up you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and enough storage space for your belongings. For our TV buffs, we have equipped one bedroom with a flat screen TV. Another room also offers a baby cot. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and for the very small guests with a changing unit.
From the living room, you can directly access the large terrace with awning and patio heater. In the fully fenced garden, your children and four-legged friends can play and romp around. For rainy and windy days, we have set up a covered seating area at the back of the garden. There is space for your car and bicycles in the garage on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday resort of Garz is particularly popular because of its unique nature. For example, plant lovers who want to find unusual aquatic plants will get their money's worth in the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve. An impressively diverse bird life can also be discovered here. You can see white-tailed eagles, dunlins, tufted ducks and the beautiful oystercatchers in the wild. This part of the island is almost undeveloped for tourism. The unspoilt natural beaches, salt marshes and small fishing villages are insider tips. Garz is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes and boat trips. Anytime again!
A super cozy, lovingly furnished, clean and beautifully located house with everything a person could wish for! A pretty little garden with a terrace for sunbathing and a covered terrace especially for rainy days. Super nice neighbors who are happy to provide information and are always helpful. Many great excursion destinations that can be reached in a short time, shopping can be done in the village or, if desired, also in the neighboring villages, everything the heart desires! Rest, sunbathe, go swimming, experience adventures, immerse yourself in history or learn a lot of interesting facts, there is something for everyone here! Booking and formalities went smoothly and there is always a contact person available for questions! Our son felt very comfortable here and was totally thrilled and we enjoyed the vacation here and felt completely comfortable! That's why we will definitely come back!!!

TOP holiday home - only to recommend!!!
We have already experienced a few holiday homes, this one was the best so far.
Sufficient space (wardrobe, bathroom, room etc.) Top equipped kitchen. Everything you need.
Landlord very nice and friendly.
Great that dogs are also welcome (even 3 "big" ones) and yet the house is in such a great condition (doesn't smell or "look" like a dog).
The washing machine and the rotary dryer are also great.
Great base for a nice holiday
We and our dogs had a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Enjoy a beautiful week on Rügen.
Very good equipment, everything you need on vacation is there. Plenty of space in the house and very tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Contact with the landlord was very good, even before the vacation, there were nice contacts with some insider tips for the stay! We felt comfortable from the beginning and would come back anytime. The only small downside is that it takes about 15 minutes by car to go swimming, but you know that beforehand. It didn't bother us. Finally, a tip for all dog owners, the property is really escape-proof. We were there with a Dachshund and a West Highland White Terrier, they always find a way out, but not here!

Late summer in Garz/Rügen
Well-appointed house with a large fenced-in property. Nothing was missing.
The landlords are very friendly and attentive to the well-being.
Garz is very conveniently located. Whether it's the beach or a trip to Stralsund, it's about a 20-30 minute drive.
We (2 adults and 1 large dog) had a lovely holiday in the holiday home and on Rügen.

Summer vacation on Garz/Rügen
We have already visited several holiday homes and were surprised by how much was available in the kitchen, bathroom, etc.
It was very pleasant to find towels (large & small) and bed linen.
We were 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. We had enough space, an extra area for our four-legged friend to run around was very nice. The terrace is completely adequate. 1 large bathroom and a guest toilet. We were able to do the laundry for our daughter just now, and even that was taken care of to carry out the first washes.
In short, an all-around carefree package put together by loving landlords who were always available to us.
The house is lovingly furnished, nothing worn out. 3 cars fit perfectly, 1 in the garage and 2 in front.
We recommend Prora Hundestrand, about a 30-minute drive from the holiday home.
