Holiday flat approx. 56 sqm with conservatory in the centre of the island of Rügen. A holiday flat of approx. 36 sqm with combined living room and bedroom with integrated kitchen and a winter garden of approx. 20 sqm awaits you. The living room and bedroom contain a double bed (box spring bed) and a sofa bed. In the winter garden there is an emergency sleeping possibility on a fold-out couch.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. Crockery for 4 persons is available. Bed linen and towels are included. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, heating and an infrared mirror. The winter garden can be heated with an infrared heater.

Location and surroundings of object
Koldevitz is a district of the town of Garz and is located in the centre of the island of Rügen. It is about 10 km to the beach and about 15 km to the Baltic Sea beach (sea). Due to the central location you can reach all sights of the island as well as the city of Stralsund in no time. The connection to the B 96 motorway in the direction of the A 20 motorway is about 5 km away. Koldevitz is located in a quiet village setting surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course and the idyllic Karnitz Lake are about 1 km away. In our region there are well-developed cycling and hiking trails, which are very suitable for cycling tours with children. (newly developed e.g. Garz-Glewitz ferry, Samtens - Altefähr). Bergen is about 10 km away and here you will find the forest stage. Concerts and events by well-known artists take place here in summer. In Ralswiek, the Störtebeker Festival takes place from June to September and can be a highlight of any holiday visit. You can find shopping facilities in the town of Garz, in Samtens, in Bergen and in Putbus. In Putbus you will find the island theatre with special events, such as the cabaret regatta. Our village consists of many newly built houses and a newly built manor house that has been developed as a holiday resort.
