Our vacation was wonderful! The house was cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The gas stove heated the house quickly and stylishly. The few minutes' walk to the slope was no problem. We enjoyed our time very much, and the ski area was suitable for us. We were also lucky with the weather. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful, cozy, well-equipped holiday home

Beautiful cozy little house, our son especially liked the open fire of the gas heater for reading and cuddling after skiing.
Short walk to the ski slope, the car doesn't really have to be moved...
The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing!

Perfect holiday home

We have booked this house for the second year in a row. Not without reason, everything just fits. The modernization in the bathroom and kitchen has also been successful. Everything you need for a lovely short vacation can be found in and around the house. I can only highly recommend it!!!!

House Dolomitenblick

We had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin! Even though we only know Annaberg from other years with lots of snow, we really enjoyed it again. The cabin was truly very cozy and so beautifully clean! Indeed, when there is a lot of snow again, the hauling of food and luggage from the nearby parking lot is not so bad. The only downside was that you have to bring your own bedding, but that doesn't change the fact that we would gladly recommend the accommodation!

It is conveniently located with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and good access to the ski area.
The landlord was always approachable, very friendly, and helpful.

Our short break in the Dolomitenblick holiday home was absolutely successful.
A domicile in a fantastic location with a wonderful panoramic view from the terraces surrounding the house. A superbly equipped accommodation, where nothing is missing. Homely atmosphere combined with attention to detail.
You can tell that the owners have equipped and maintained the house with a lot of experience in holiday rentals.
All around, this is how a holiday home should be.

relaxing family vacation in summer

The house fully met our expectations. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. The kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the terrace during breakfast was fantastic. The parking lot was optimal. The rolls and bread from the bread service at the reception are highly recommended. There are plenty of opportunities for excursions, activities, and hikes. We will definitely come back! :-)

Great house, leaves nothing to be desired.

A wonderful house, cozy, inviting, clean and equipped with many amenities. Nothing is missing. The well-equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations by far. The special atmosphere of the house is supported by the very beautiful fireplace and the well-kept decor.

We were surprised that there was also a dryer available. The arrangement of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for us 4 adults and 2 children.

Despite extreme snow shortages in many ski resorts, we still found excellent ski conditions here at the end of the season. The great location of the house, the proximity to the ski slope and the swimming pool are additional pluses. The verandas/terraces around the house offer absolutely stunning views of the mountains. The parking directly below the house is optimal. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the soothing sauna after a strenuous day of skiing.

We will definitely come back!

Cozy cottage in a beautiful location!

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. We stayed there with children for a winter sports holiday. A steep road leading to it, which made it a bit exciting to leave when there was a lot of snow. The cottage itself is cozy and comfortable. We missed having a washing machine (not installed in winter months due to frost) and warm hooks to dry/warm ski boots at night. Very pleasant communication with the owner, before and during our stay. Beautiful ski area, varied, child-friendly, great for a week of skiing fun with the family!

Perfect accommodation for skiing holidays

Our family of four spent a wonderful 7 days in this house for the second time.
We didn't miss anything. We felt at home from the first minute. The cottage is very comfortably furnished, even with a fireplace, the kitchen also had everything you could need.
The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well.
The cleaning lady was also very diligent. Many thanks for that.
At breakfast we had a direct view of the mountains, with sunshine of course. There is no better way to start the day. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.

A really nice hut - just a jump away from the piste

An idyllic cottage with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room and a beautiful gas fireplace. The sauna, which is only 5 minutes away on foot, can also be used. You can also order the bread service there. Ideal for 4 people.

Had a very good stay

Had a very pleasant stay as a family with two teenagers in this neat, complete, and clean holiday home with fantastic views! Located in a small-scale park with many possibilities to head straight into the mountains from the park (by gondola lift or on foot). Situated 15 minutes by car from Abtenau where shops and restaurants can be found.

We had a wonderful week at Haus Dolomitenblick!
The chalet is close to the ski slope, was spotlessly clean and very well equipped
We particularly liked the warm, homely atmosphere of the house, which was especially due to the beautiful stove, the well-kept furnishings and the good layout.
The communication with the Döbele family went absolutely smoothly and we were informed about everything important in advance - thank you very much for that!

Ski vacation over New Year's

A big praise to the owners! We were more than thrilled, upon arrival we were greeted with a warm fireplace and a good wine. A few kind words were also not forgotten. The rooms were clean and nothing was missing in the kitchen. This small but very lovingly furnished chalet will definitely be booked again. The entire process from initial contact to the final conversation with the landlord was very pleasant, one had the feeling that he was also concerned about the vacation. Not to be forgotten is the breathtaking view of the ski area and the mountains.

Christmas 2019

We had a very nice week at House Dolomitenblick over Christmas. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The lovely wood stove made it very cozy. In addition, we also got a lot of snow at Christmas. We northerners are not used to that. The view is fantastic.

Summer vacation 2019.

The holiday home is situated in a beautiful location. The amenities are sufficient, with enough dishes, pots, and pans available. Very comfortable as a dishwasher is present. It is very pleasant that the beds are already made upon arrival. Cozy atmosphere. The two bathrooms are well-maintained. Very practical as we were there with three people, a family with a 17-year-old son. Large terrace around the house where we had our meals daily. The view of the mountains was very relaxing. Free ride on the Donnerkogelbahn. We will be happy to come back.

Super nice accommodation with nice landlords

A great and well-equipped cottage. We felt very comfortable. The cottage is located very centrally and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the slopes.
The owner/landlord was very nice and always helpful.
The accommodation has everything needed to have a great time.
