The upper part has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 m2.
The lower part has an additional apartment (39 m2) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen.
In addition several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds belong to the house.
The house is equipped with:
Central heating with hot water, air-condition, Sat-TV, fast internet, safe, radio with CD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc.
All windows are doubled glazed, have mosquito nets, roll shutters and window-grates for security.
Pets are in general not allowed!

Location and surroundings of object
The corner-bungalow "La Alhaja" is located on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad "Florida Park", a small estate of residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached in 15 - 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away.

Cancellation terms:
- The tenant loses his deposit by cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, if he himself cannot make a replacement within 7 days. If a cancellation of less than 30 days before arrival, the tenant loses the overall rent, unless the tenant himself provides a replacement tenant within 3 days. In both cases, the down payment or the total rent is fully reimbursed. Recommendation: Completion of travel cancellation insurance! Thus, it is recommended to take a cancellation insurance! Note: In case that the Corona restrictions do not allow to travel, the complete rent paid will be reimbursed!

Moraira,a former fisher village, is located at a small cove between Valencia(120 km) and Alicante(100 km),surrounded by little hills covered with pine and almond trees and vines. The city, without any skyscrapers shows the typical Mediterranean, Spanish environment with many little shops, restaurants, cafes and bars distributed around the yacht harbour. Several beach inlets (sand and gravel) and the hilly hinterland (25 km) offer varies possibilities of recreation.
