Ground floor:
Living and dining room with fireplace. Two double bedrooms, one child's room can be expanded as needed by using pull-out beds to sleep four. Bath / WC and separate WC. Modern kitchen with large fridge and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee. Gas central heating, satellite TV, telephone. Conservatory and large balcony seat. Separate room with washing machine.

Double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom / WC and large terrace.
Outdoor facilities:
Swimming pool x 4 meters with outdoor shower. Well-maintained gardens. Pool terrace with lawn and playground. Shed with attached barbecue and sink. Covered pergola for garaging their cars. Shady pine, table tennis, sandpit, automatic night lighting, Wassernotreservoir.
The whole plot is surrounded by a 200 cm high wall. Thus, it is largely protected from uninvited onlookers.
Complete inventory contributes to a pleasant holiday and is naturally present.
Moraira
The former fishing town, in a cove between Valencia (106 km) and Alicante (85 km) lying, is described as a gem and sunshine capital of Costa Blanca. The streets invite you to stroll and shop a. Enjoy a traditional paella overlooking the harbor and sea. Once a week, namely on Friday morning, there is a big market, every morning the fish market. The marina is one of the attractions for water sports. But also tennis, horse riding, karting, surfing, mini golf and more holiday fun on offer. The bathers can enjoy themselves on the fine white sandy beach and romantic coves. Here the landscape is still largely original condition, with fertile fields and plantations. Small chalets, called fincas, giving the area its character. Excursions to nearby hinterland, as the Jalon Valley, Guadalest or in the entertainment centers of Benidorm, Valencia or Alicante are worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 80 km away; easy-jet offers cheap flights from Basel to Alicante. Also flying Ryanair, Air Berlin or Helvetic to Alicante. With Swiss Valencia can be approached (about 120 km from Moraira). Both Alicante and Valencia as well as Moraira are several national and international car rentals available.
For independent travel and the journey takes by car about 16 hours from Zurich (around 1,580 kilometers).

Everything's great, anytime again.
A great vacation house, fully equipped. There's really nothing missing. The garden is great and facing south. A gardener and pool cleaner come regularly. Sun loungers, table and chairs, everything for the garden is available. Very clean, central location and a very nice contact with the landlord. Book and feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Top vacation home
Very nice holiday home with a feel-good atmosphere. Everything you need is there, great location between Calp and Moraira. The house has a beautiful garden, a large pool, and enough comfortable loungers with very good cushions. Umbrellas are also available. If desired, the house also offers a beautiful large shaded terrace. But even for beachgoers, the beaches can be easily reached by car. Shopping facilities and various restaurants, as well as a pharmacy if needed, are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable in the house during our two-week vacation. Wonderful vacation in Villa Cap Blanc
As a family, we spent two weeks of relaxing vacation at Villa Cap Blanc in June 2023. The house and the pool left nothing to be desired. The location is perfect, so that you can reach the supermarket, doctor, ATMs and much more within a few steps. The sea is also easily accessible by car in a few minutes.
At this point, I want to specifically mention that everything went smoothly and very professionally from the inquiry to the key return.
Unfortunately, the two weeks went by too quickly! But we hope to be guests in this beautiful resort again next year. Once again, a big thank you to the Hug family.

FEELING GOOD ALL AROUND
We spent a wonderful spring month in a fantastically beautiful holiday home. Everything went perfectly from the inquiry to the booking and key handover.
Everything you need is available. And much more. The location is great. You can reach a grocery store or restaurants in a few minutes. The sea is also a few minutes away by car.
The pool is a dream.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem Fantastischen Ferienhaus
Das schönste Ferienhaus was wir bis jetzt in Spanien hatten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Haus, es ist alle da was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Super Betten in denen man hervorragend schläft. Für alles im Haus gibt es hervorragende mit viel Mühe erstellte Beschreibungen genau wie für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.
Sehr gute Zentrale Lage, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Meer sind Fußläufig zu erreichen.

relaxing family holidays in a dreamlike location
We had a wonderful vacation in the Villa "Cap Blanc" this July! From booking to departure, everything went smoothly and professionally! Sehr gut ausgestattet in Zentraler Lage
Uns hat es sehr gut in der Villa Cap Blanc gefallen. Hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mehr , sehr gepflegt und sauber . Gute Zentrale Lage Supermarkt, Restaurant etc. alles fussläufig erreichbar. Betreuung vor Ort hervorragend und sehr nett sowie auch sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne in dieses Haus fahren.
