This holiday home offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea up to Cabo de la Nao in Javea and is still only 2 km away from the nearest bathing bay. A covered parking space is available for your car. The entire property covers an sqm plot. The private pool with Roman steps measures 4 x 8 meters. The neighboring sun terrace is equipped with six sun loungers. Here you will also find a furnished shade terrace. Bringing pets and smoking in the house are not allowed. For the cooler season, the house is equipped with electric radiators. The beaches of Moraira are approximately 8 km away. Also, it is only a few minutes by car to Javea with its well-known small bathing coves and the beautiful sandy beach. Golfers will find, within a few kilometers, some very interesting golf courses. From 28 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show, 100% of the total rental price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
