Welcome to the holiday home Erholungsurlaub Moraira on the sunny Costa Blanca – your perfect retreat for up to 6 guests. On a spacious 155 m² you will find a stylishly furnished residence with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms that meets the highest standards. Enjoy relaxing hours on the large terrace or in the well-kept garden, where a private swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers invite you to linger. A BBQ grill is available for sociable evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare culinary delights. In the open living area, TV, WiFi, and air conditioning provide comfort. Bed linen is of course provided, as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer. For families, a crib and a high chair are available. A private parking space as well as a wallbox for electric vehicles offer additional convenience. The house is exclusively for non-smokers and provides an allergy-friendly environment, so you can enjoy your holiday without worries. Cancellation: Cancellation must be made in writing, with the tenant being liable for the following amounts: a) In case of cancellation after booking up to 12 weeks before the start date, 40% of the rental amount. b) In case of cancellation within 12 weeks before the start date, 100% of the rental amount. c) In the event of a negative travel advisory due to corona for the region in which the holiday home is located, the landlord will refund the full amount paid up to that point within 5 working days.
