Description
Freshly renovated for you in 2019 and completely refurnished - this chic 3-room holiday flat now awaits you for relaxing family holidays in Binz:
The living room offers you a comfortable couch, a comfortable dining area and a large SMART-TV (55 inch).
The sunny south-facing balcony is comfortably furnished and accessible from the living room
The larger bedroom is equipped with a RUF box spring bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe and a TV (32 inch).
The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and also a TV (32 inch).
Both bedrooms have mosquito screens and blackout curtains at the window.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a 4-plate induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient crockery, etc. A small dining area for a quick snack is provided. There is also a small dining area for a quick snack in between meals.
The modern bathroom offers a rain shower and WC. The shower is flush with the floor.
The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. An iron and ironing board are available if required
A travel cot (without the thick foam mattress and nest) and a high chair can be booked for € 18 each.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
A car garage at the house is available free of charge.
If required, you can use the bicycle storage room in the house.

Traumurlaub
We felt very comfortable in this great holiday apartment. Everything was thought of and especially high-quality furnishings (the kitchen really lacked nothing!). Everything is very tastefully and lovingly decorated. The apartment is very quiet with a view of the greenery - but it is only a stone's throw to the pier and the promenade. The garage parking space was used for the bicycles and the wagon since our car was too high for it. It was also no problem, so the wheels did not have to be first taken to the bicycle cellar. The spa park with playground, fitness park, and Kneipp pool is right across and bakeries, supermarkets, and ice cream shops are within a few minutes' reach.
The key handover was completely uncomplicated.

Exactly as described....
Great facilities, exactly as described. Good quiet location = beach nearby = good restaurants nearby = shopping opportunities nearby = central location to reach the sights in and around Binz = highly recommended, so we will consider spending our vacation there again...

successful summer vacation
The apartment was perfect for the whole family, children had their own room, balcony overlooking the forest slope, parking space was always secure for us, quiet location but only a few minutes and right in the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very tastefully and high-quality furnished. A week was unfortunately too short. We will come back!!!
