It is only a 7-minute walk along the villas of the spa architecture to the fine sandy beach of Binz. In the other direction, you can stroll along the main street past many shops and restaurants to the famous Binz pier.
Enjoy the view of the Granitz with its beautiful beech forest from the winter garden with terrace effect and perhaps end the evening in comfort with a glass of wine. The Elbsegler is a cosy place to forget the stress of everyday life and completely unwind.

The Goor is a 7-hectare forest area on the island of Rügen near Lauterbach, a district of the town of Putbus, which extends over 1.5 km directly on the shore of the Greifswalder Bodden. The forest Die Goor consists mainly of beech and English oak and invites you to go for a walk.

- RÜCKTRITT / UMBUCHUNG Der Vermieter räumt dem Mieter jederzeit ein gültiges Rücktrittsrecht ein. Die Rücktrittserklärung hat schriftlich zu erfolgen. Maßgebend ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Im Falle des Rücktritts hat der Mieter Schadenersatz für getroffene Vorkehrungen und Aufwendungen zu leisten. Die Höhe dieses Ersatzanspruchs bestimmt sich durch die Nähe des Rücktrittszeitpunkts zum vereinbarten Reisebeginn und ist in folgende Pauschalen gestaffelt: bis 21 Tage vor Anreise 30 % des Mietpreises bis 14 Tage vor Anreise 40 % des Mietpreises bis 7 Tage vor Anreise 50 % des Mietpreises unter 7 Tage vor Anreise 80 % des Mietpreises Im Falle einer Nichtanreise ohne vorherige Stornierung werden ebenfalls 80 % des Mietpreises in Rechnung gestellt. Bei Rücktritt oder Umbuchung wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von EUR 50,- erhoben. Bei erneuter Buchung werden hiervon EUR 25,- wieder gutgeschrieben. Der Nachweis eines geringeren Schadens bleibt dem Mieter vorbehalten. Umbuchungen, die nach Ablauf der vorgenannten Fristen erfolgen, gelten als Rücktritt mit nachfolgender Neuanmeldung. Die Pauschalsätze entfallen, wenn die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet worden ist (abzüglich. evtl. Differenzbeträge etc.). Eine Weitervermittlung des mit dem Vermieter geschlossenen Vertrages ist nicht zulässig bzw. bedarf der ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Genehmigung.
