Description
Freshly renovated for you in 2019 and completely refurnished - this chic 3-room holiday flat now awaits you for relaxing family holidays in Binz:
The living room offers you a comfortable couch, a comfortable dining area and a large SMART-TV (55 inch).
The sunny south-facing balcony is comfortably furnished and accessible from the living room
The larger bedroom is equipped with a RUF box spring bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe and a TV (32 inch).
The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and also a TV (32 inch).
Both bedrooms have mosquito screens and blackout curtains at the window.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a 4-plate induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient crockery, etc. A small dining area for a quick snack is provided. There is also a small dining area for a quick snack in between meals.
The modern bathroom offers a rain shower and WC. The shower is flush with the floor.
The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. An iron and ironing board are available if required
A travel cot (without the thick foam mattress and nest) and a high chair can be booked for € 18 each.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
A car garage at the house is available free of charge.
If required, you can use the bicycle storage room in the house.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Exactly as described....
Great facilities, exactly as described. Good quiet location = beach nearby = good restaurants nearby = shopping opportunities nearby = central location to reach the sights in and around Binz = highly recommended, so we will consider spending our vacation there again...

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und die Ausstattung hat uns auch Sehr gefallen.
Gerade auch in der Küche wurde an alles gedacht.

gelungene Sommerferien
Die Wohnung war perfekt für die ganze Familie, Kinder hatten Ihr eigenes Zimmer, Balkon mit Blick auf den Waldhang, PKW-Stellplatz war immer für uns sicher, ruhige Lage aber nur wenige Minuten und mitten im Trubel. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Eine Woche war leider zu wenig. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Zuhause in der Ferne
Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Selbstversorgerurlaub braucht. Megaschön!! :)
Es war alles bestens, bis auf das Büro des Vermittlers. Ein Hund lief frei rum, der gleich mal meinen Sohn angesprungen hat. Zum Glück hatte er keine Angst vor ihm. Und das Büro war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Hab mich da leider nicht wohlgefühlt..

Toller Urlaub

geschmackvolle Einrichtung
Die Einrichtung war ganz nach unserem Geschmack, mit 3xTV, große Küche - wir haben bemerkt, dass der Eigentümer auf Details achtet wie Fliegengitter, Verdunklung, Bügeleisen usw. - im Winter auch gerade renoviert worden. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand und doch in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum und Strand.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Die Abende konnten wir immer auf dem Balkon verbringen umgeben von Ruhe. Das Auuto war in der Garage gut untergebracht und im Zentrum waren wir auch schnell. Was will man mehr.
