Description
The holiday apartment "Inselschwalbe" (D42) is located close to the beach and features a ground-level living and dining area with terracotta tiles, which create a warm and calm living atmosphere.
The fitted kitchen is functionally equipped and offers the usual appliances and utensils for self-catering. In the living area, there are two permanent sofa beds as well as a flat-screen TV.
The bedroom and living area are equipped with blinds and can be darkened accordingly. The terrace is directly accessible from the living area and is visually extended by the adjacent green space.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and towel radiator.
The apartment is located in a spacious, green holiday complex with loose development. The individual areas are divided into smaller hamlets. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Play and recreational areas are available, but arranged in such a way that the peace in the immediate residential environment is preserved.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and a designated parking space. In the summer months, the windows are fitted with insect screens. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The equipment is regularly checked by us and supplemented as needed.

The holiday apartments at Bakenberg are located in the immediate vicinity of Nonnevitz on the Wittow peninsula in the north of the island of Rügen. Only a few steps separate them from the natural Baltic Sea beach, which is one of the quieter and less frequented stretches of coastline on the island.
The surroundings are characterized by expansive meadows, coastal forest, and fresh sea air – an ideal setting for relaxation in a natural atmosphere. Away from the major seaside resorts, the location offers peace and spaciousness without having to forgo good infrastructure. Shopping facilities, a supermarket (approx. 7 km away, also open on Sundays during the season), a gas station, and other services are quickly accessible.
In the surrounding area, numerous seasonal leisure and service offers from third-party providers are available (for a fee), including restaurants, snack bars, bicycle rental, riding opportunities, and water sports activities. The offer is complemented by freely accessible facilities such as playgrounds, a football and volleyball field, as well as table tennis tables.
The region is ideal for activities such as hiking, cycling, or long walks on the beach. A wonderful vacation.
Dear landlords,
we thank you for a great vacation. We were particularly pleased that the vacation apartment was equipped with insect screens, which made it possible to sleep with the windows open without worry. Nothing was missing in general. Everything was available (even a dishwasher) that one needs for a relaxing vacation.
We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next time.

New Year's Eve in peace
We are currently in the holiday apartment and enjoying the peace in this area. Especially our dog was not a nervy wreck for the first time, as the fireworks were further away. Conclusion: We will come back.

Great, friendly, always approachable landlords.
The flats are super equipped. The location is ideal for people with children and dogs who are looking for relaxation from everyday life.
