In our 3-room flat Sommerschwalbe (D13), not far from the Baltic Sea beach, a cosily furnished, ground-level living and dining room awaits you, which creates a Mediterranean holiday feeling with the warm colours of the terracotta tiles. The fitted kitchen is well-maintained and, in addition to a dishwasher, is equipped with all kinds of contemporary items, and you can sit comfortably at the weighty dining table. For your holiday evenings, a cosy living area and a modern flat-screen TV await you. The large bedroom, which has a double bed with headrest, and the small bedroom with a bunk bed can be darkened with blinds so that the sun cannot kiss you and your loved ones awake. As soon as you get up, you could already be standing on your terrace, which incredibly enlarges your holiday flat due to the beautifully landscaped lawn in front of it. The bathroom awaits you with a shower, WC, as well as a towel radiator
Our flats are located only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in a lovingly designed holiday village that is divided into so-called hamlets. In the green hamlets, one of which even has a pond, you can forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful holiday atmosphere. The playgrounds for young and old, for example, are designed in such a way that they do not disturb the peace and quiet in our flats and on our terraces.
For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information ready for you in all our flats
In the summer months, insect screens in front of the windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Each of our flats has a parking space.

Finally being able to go back to the beach, that alone was so nice. And everything in the apartment and surroundings was just as we had hoped for.

Super flat, super location
We liked the descriptions so much that we would have been satisfied even if only half of them had been right. The price was so interesting that we just had to book. And then the surprise :-) Description and reality match exactly! We are new fans and will gladly come again.
