This beautiful holiday home is located on a 600 sqm flat plot with plenty of lawn, large palm trees, and is surrounded by an oleander hedge. Adjacent to the sunbathing lawn is a 4 x 8 meter private pool with Roman steps, ready for swimming fun. There you will also find sun loungers. The shaded terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, also invites you to relax. From here you have a lovely view of the kidney-shaped pool and the outdoor grill. An outdoor shower provides a quick cool-down in between. The enclosed parking space can be used for your car. The house is equipped with an internet connection. It is divided into living-dining room with SAT-TV and access to the shaded terrace, open kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and sufficient dishes for 4 people, a double bedroom with air conditioning and its own bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with air conditioning, two beds, shower/WC. Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Roof terrace. The house is also equipped with . equipped with central heating (gas), if this is used, the costs for it must be calculated separately on site.

we especially liked the tranquility
We especially liked the peace and the proximity to Denia, as well as the beautiful pool and the large garden for relaxing. The sea is only a few meters away.
