this beautiful holiday home is situated on a 600 sqm large, level plot with a lot of lawn, large palm trees, surrounded by an oleander hedge. Adjacent to the lawn is a 4 x 8 metre private pool with Roman steps for swimming fun. There you will also find sun loungers and a parasol. The shaded terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, also invites you to linger. From here you have a beautiful view of the kidney-shaped pool and the outdoor barbecue. An outdoor shower provides a short cooling down in between. The locked parking space can be used for your car. The house is equipped with an internet connection. It is divided into living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to the shaded terrace, open kitchen with cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer, coffee maker, toaster and enough dishes for 4 people, a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and toilet, a bedroom with two beds, shower / toilet. Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Roof terrace. The house is further equipped with .a central heating (gas), if this is used, the costs for this must be calculated separately on site.
