The private house is located in a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac. The property is for exclusive use. The plot measures 450 sqm and is completely enclosed. A car can be parked on the property. The pool is 8 x 4 meters in size and is equipped with Roman steps. The pool lighting creates a romantic evening atmosphere. On the pool terrace there are 4 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella available. A solar outdoor shower with hot/cold water provides refreshment in between. A gas grill is available. A covered terrace with seating group invites you to relax in the shade.

Els Poblets has its own infrastructure, which can be easily explored on foot (700 meters) or, due to the flat terrain, very well by bicycle. From bakeries, health center, primary school, supermarkets—you will find everything your heart desires here. The distance to the sea is only a few minutes on foot (1.2 km) and the city of Denia can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Note: the neighboring, vacant plot is farmland. There will definitely be no construction here, so it is not a building area.

In the event of early departure or no-show without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
