The Villa de Alevtina is just 100 meters from the beach in a quiet residential area in the district Almadrava Els Poblets, near the mouth of the river Girona. On the right side of this river there is a long sandy beach which is ideal for long walks, left extends a pebble beach. Enjoy here carefree days by the sea.
The house serves a 1250qm large, beautiful garden with seating areas, terraces, large palm trees and Mediterranean plants and is surrounded by an evergreen hedge that ensures privacy. The 10x5 meter pool is heated on demand and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. In a 2x2 meter large baby pool, smaller children can safely splash around. Just off they can calmly let her unwind in the indoor Jacuzzi or recharge your batteries in the sauna. Before the house can comfortably park their car the way, here are 2 of them reserved covered parking.
The villa has been recently completely renovated and has 4 bedrooms with one bathroom, offering space for up to 8 people. 2 living rooms, a cozy dining area, a 70 sqm covered terrace with BBQ, which can also be closed if necessary, also provide for a larger group or family enough retreat possibilities for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. The Villa Alevtina was a high standard, has in all bedrooms with air conditioning and gas central heating, in the living room also has a fireplace, giving a homely warmth in winter, and is therefore ideally equipped for the winter. Pure relaxation, very beautiful villa.
We were there in May and the house was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy very cozy evenings on the 70 sqm covered terrace with television and fireplace. The kitchen, dining room, and living room provided enough space for our large group. We will gladly come back:)
