the well-kept, detached holiday home in the residential area of Campo Olivar is situated on an enclosed, approx. 600 sqm private plot with a lovingly landscaped garden with citrus trees and other Mediterranean plants as well as a private pool measuring 4 x 8 metres. The Roman pool steps allow easy entry and exit. You can also use the tiled steps as a good place to sit in the water ........ Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower for you. Sun loungers and a parasol invite you to relax on the pool terrace. The transition to the house is formed by the friendly conservatory, which you can open with double patio doors to create a covered living terrace with a beautiful view of the pool. From here you can also access the living-dining room, which is equipped with SAT-TV and internet connection or WLAN. The adjacent, open kitchen has a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a large fridge-freezer. Two of the double bedrooms are furnished with a french bed. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. In the second bathroom, equipped with bathtub and WC, there is also a washing machine. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant room temperature throughout the house. On cooler winter days, the air conditioners can also be used to heat the rooms instead of cooling them. You can park your car inside the property, protected from the sun. The sea is only 600 metres away, there is a pebble beach. The extensive sandy beach is about 2 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the surrounding area or in the nearby village of Els Poblets. The town centre of Denia is approx. 9 km away.

Everything went well.
- Everything was super uncomplicated and worked without any problems.
- The house was very clean, the pool was fantastic and we were really very satisfied!
- You can eat really well in the area around the house. :)
