The holiday flat "99 steps to the beach" is located on the upper floor of a house with 2 holiday flats directly behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea beach on Deichweg in Villenstraße 3e in Prerow. You can reach the sandy beach at beach crossing 33 in 99 steps.
It has a spacious, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, shower room and a bedroom. An additional sleeping option in the living room can be used if required. There are two TV sets (in the living room and bedroom) at your disposal. On the large balcony in front of the living room you can enjoy your breakfast, e.g. after a swim in the Baltic Sea.
Access to the dyke path is via a small lockable gate - so you can reach the beach with your bathrobe or even enjoy a beach chair you have rented
Furthermore, a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal
The rental of bicycles can be organised for your holiday time, the bikes will then be brought directly to your holiday flat. A small shop for breakfast and newspapers completes the offer of this apartment for your holiday stay.
A parking space belongs to the flat.

The Haus Hinter den Dünen complex, where the apartment is located, lies directly on the dyke to the northern beach of Prerow Bay and is only a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach.
The west beach of the Darß is also within walking distance (approx. 30 min.).
The Baltic seaside resort of Prerow is a historic seafaring village and is located on the Fischland / Darß peninsula. It is characterised by beautiful old and new reed houses with lovingly designed wooden doors and romantic gardens. The very well-kept village directly behind the white sandy beach invites you to stroll and enjoy

Beautiful apartment in a prime location
Got the tip for the holiday apartment from friends and had a wonderful vacation. Well-maintained, clean holiday apartment with a sunny balcony and a quiet location near the beach access. Very nice landlady, would gladly come back.

Einmal und nie wieder
Kein Parkplatz am Haus, Vermieter wusste das ein Schwerbehinderter anreisen wird.
Koffer und alles was man so mitnimmt mussten quer durch das Gelände geschleppt werden .
Bewirbt Wohung für Rentner , da muss man schon sehr fit sein .
Sauber ist was anderes , Staub und viele viele Haare der Vormieter , sowie Schimmelflecken in der verrosteten Duschkabine .
Dazu die sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung ist eine Zumutung und beim Koffertransport eine Gefahr .
Die ganz Woche ab 7 Uhr Baulärm und laute Musik aus der Wohnung darunter .
Parkplatz wird beworben , gab es vor Ort jedoch erst nach langem hin und her mit der Parkleitung.
Zum Ferienpark selbst kann man nichts schreiben , da bis auf eine Gaststätte alles geschlossen war .

Corona hat uns ausgebremst
Wir hatten über Ostern 2020 gebucht und auch bezahlt. Dann kam Corona und machte eine Nutzung der Unterkunft unmöglich. Frau Hahn hat unbürokratisch innerhalb von wenigen Tagen den Mietzins rücküberwiesen. Super Service. Haben gleich für 2021 gebucht.
