Quiet, ground floor flat in a green location close to the beach. Holiday with dog possible, family-friendly, age-appropriate. Bicycle room is available.
2 room flat on the ground floor with a view of the green, terrace, use of garden, relaxation lounger and barbecue.
The flat has a living room with kitchenette and dishwasher.
In the cosy living room with Baltic Sea motifs you will find a sofa bed for 2 people. Baby cot and high chair are available on the terrace
A spacious bedroom with a bed of approx. 2.00 x m 1.90m is comfortable and also suitable for tall people
In the bedroom there is a large wall cupboard with plenty of storage space
The flat has a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower as well as a storage room
Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location and proximity to the north beach and free Wi-Fi.
Bikes can be rented on site for a fee.
approx. 500 m to the north beach, bordering the Darß forest.
Only a few metres from the flat is the tea bowl and the stop for the Dicke Neele.
Many cultural events take place at the open-air stage or at the Kick Inn.

The flat is in a quiet location - away from the hustle and bustle in a two-row development with a view of the greenery.
The Waldstraße leads to behind the turn-off Bernsteinweg (which leads to the north beach).
The flat is sought after by older guests and families with children or guests with pets due to its location and proximity to the nudist and dog beach.
There is a care service on site which our guests can use for key issue, visitor's tax registration and care service during the holiday. Here you can also book bed linen and towels if required. We have no influence on the price of the bed linen and towel package. In addition to the visitor's tax, there is a one-off service charge of €30 plus VAT when the keys are handed out, which is also collected on site.

Location:You can reach us by car via the A20 or A19 towards Rostock, the B105 exit Bentwisch. In Altheide turn left in the direction of Fischland- Darß-Zingst. At the entrance to Prerow, just drive along Waldstraße until you reach the crossroads, but keep straight on. The access road to the property is on the Tannenheim housing estate, on the left-hand side.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung in Top-Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Cafés und Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, also ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche komplett mit allem was man braucht. Bad noch etwas gestaltungsfähiger. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Direkt am Wald gelegen. Bin stundenlang mit meinem Hund gelaufen.

in 2014, I found a 4.5 cm amber in Prerow on the west beach and couldn't believe my luck. With this holiday flat "Bernsteinglück" from 2016 in the new rental, you will have a great holiday in Prerow and perhaps also find something. As holiday guests in the years 2006-2014, we were able to get to know the advantages of the surroundings and especially the west beach. It is one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.
