Description
Quiet ground floor apartment in a green and beachside location. Holidays with dogs possible, family-friendly, suitable for seniors. Bicycle storage available. The apartment was extensively modernized and exclusively furnished at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026. It is aimed at guests who are looking for a break from everyday work or who want to combine vacation and office. We usually rent only from Sat/Sun to Sat/Sun for 14 days or, on request, for 7 days. Guests are flexible in terms of arrival and departure times. We expect the apartment to be returned in proper condition with final cleaning, as found.
The apartment is more than just a holiday home. You will not miss anything in the furnishings here. Vacation begins here when you open the apartment door.
In the bedroom there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The holiday apartment has a guest toilet and a bathroom with a feel-good shower and a sea atmosphere. In the storage room you will find a dryer, grill, beach accessories, beach blanket, as well as all cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.
In the house there is a washing machine and a dryer as well as an ironing station on the first floor.
The large, cozy terrace is a place of peace and offers a view of the greenery.
Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location and proximity to the North Beach as well as free Wi-Fi.
Bicycles are available on site for a fee.
Approx. 500 m to the North Beach, bordering the Darß Forest. Just a few meters from the apartment are the Teeschale and the stop for the Dicke Neele.
Many cultural events take place at the open-air stage or in the Kick Inn.

Location:You can reach us by car via the A20 or A19 towards Rostock, the B105 exit Bentwisch. In Altheide turn left in the direction of Fischland- Darß-Zingst. At the entrance to Prerow, just drive along Waldstraße until you reach the crossroads, but keep straight on. The access road to the property is on the Tannenheim housing estate, on the left-hand side.

Highly recommended apartment in prime location.
The apartment is located very quietly and yet very centrally for excursions, restaurants, cafes, and grocery shopping. It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped, so highly recommended without restrictions.

Set up with a lot of love. The living room was very cozy. The kitchen complete with everything you need. Bathroom still a bit in need of design. Surroundings very quiet. Located right by the forest. I walked for hours with my dog.

in 2014, I found a 4.5 cm amber in Prerow on the west beach and couldn't believe my luck. With this holiday flat "Bernsteinglück" from 2016 in the new rental, you will have a great holiday in Prerow and perhaps also find something. As holiday guests in the years 2006-2014, we were able to get to know the advantages of the surroundings and especially the west beach. It is one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

Quiet ground floor flat with small garden and approx. 500m to the water - close to Nordstrand - beach crossing Bernsteinweg.
The flat leaves nothing to be desired and is cosy and comfortable.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Cafés und Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, also ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche komplett mit allem was man braucht. Bad noch etwas gestaltungsfähiger. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Direkt am Wald gelegen. Bin stundenlang mit meinem Hund gelaufen.
