A cozy holiday home for a relaxing vacation!
We spent a week of our summer holiday in a stylishly furnished holiday home owned by the Hahn family in Werder/Havel with our family of four. From the first day's "welcome" to the departure day's "personal farewell," we felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you, thank you :-)

It was a super nice and relaxing vacation.
Super warm hosts, cozy holiday home, and a great environment. Very clean. We can't complain about anything. All in all, just feel-good. We would love to come back.

Every holidaymaker is looking forward to their vacation, and if you find the property as described, everything is great, and the holiday can start very nicely.
Surely, the expectations of vacationers vary, and some can also deal with that.
The country house Hahn is neither comfortably furnished nor does it have a well-kept garden.
Absolutely unsuitable for seniors due to a very steep staircase leading to the upper floor. We did not find a second bedroom, or maybe the attic room with 2 mattresses on the floor is meant to be one?
The furniture is a mix of different things and partially self-made.
I haven't seen a curtain used as cupboard doors in 30 years.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Everything was dirty which is unhygienic, the kitchen table with a glass top had crumbs and dirt stuck in the grooves from long ago. I cannot imagine the landlord sitting at such a table at home.
The fixtures are leaking and outdated, the furniture in the bathroom partly swollen due to moisture.
Offering a bathtub with a shower curtain as senior-friendly is not acceptable.

Super beautiful days in front of the gates of Berlin
Great holiday with the bicycle and excursions to Potsdam and Berlin, wonderful bike rides along the Havel, the house has an ideal location for starting bike tours, regional express train in 30 min. at S-Bahn fare to Berlin, Super great breakfast terrace in the sun, quiet location.
